Schedule
• Full-time remote
• Initial schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 11AM–7PM ET
• Must be located in EST, CST, MST, or PST time zones
• Contract-to-hire (U.S.) or consultant role (international)
What You’ll Do
• Provide live support via email and chat for fantasy sports players
• Resolve account, gameplay, billing, and contest questions
• Flag and escalate site or contest issues in real time
• Verify user identities and assist with withdrawals and gameplay rules
What You Need
• 2+ years in customer support or operations (sports/tech/start-up a plus)
• Strong sports knowledge — fantasy or sports gaming experience preferred
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Intercom, and real-money gaming environments
• Excellent written communication and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Reliable internet and ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume requests
