What You’ll Do
- Execute and optimize lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS
- Design and run A/B tests to refine messaging and improve conversions
- Manage project workflows, timelines, and launch calendars
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and CX
- Own operational email pathways from request to launch
- QA lifecycle communications for accuracy, brand voice, and compliance
- Analyze performance data and turn insights into action
What You Need
- 2+ years in lifecycle, email, or consumer marketing
- Project coordination or PM experience (marketing, product, or content teams)
- Familiarity with CRM/email platforms (Customer.io experience is a plus)
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and pull reports
- Strong organizational systems and attention to detail
- Comfort working fast, iterating, and handling ambiguity
- Experience with segmentation, personalization logic, and A/B testing
- U.S.-based
