Schedule
- Remote (U.S.)
- Full-time: 30–40 hrs/week
- Weekends + weekday afternoons/evenings
- Paid training begins immediately; teaching begins Summer 2025
- Requires commitment through Fall & Spring semesters
What You’ll Do
- Teach math to 3rd–5th graders using Think Academy’s structured curriculum
- Lead engaging online classes of up to 18 students
- Prepare lessons, grade assignments, and provide timely feedback
- Communicate consistently with families to support student progress
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing one)
- Strong communication and student-engagement skills
- Passion for working with children and education
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- STEM or Education background is preferred, not required
- Math competition experience is a bonus
