What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with provider offices; resolve scheduling issues live on the call
- Build relationships with assigned providers and health plans; use approved scripts to drive chart submissions (onsite tech, portal, fax, mail, etc.)
- Work PNP Release inventory; merge/reassign orgs as needed; log all activity accurately in web-based tools
- Handle pushbacks, escalations, and special projects for the Outreach team while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance goals and contribute to continuous improvement
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED; 6+ months scheduling/customer service and 1+ year call center experience (outbound preferred)
- Strong phone presence, clear communication, and diplomacy under pressure
- Basic medical terminology; ability to interpret and relay information accurately
- Intermediate Windows skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort with web-based medical record apps
- Consistent, reliable attendance and a team-first mindset; ability to work in a fast-paced, results-based environment
