Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.)
- Post-sale onboarding role partnering with Support, Data, and Product teams
- Salary range: $65,000–$85,000 DOE
What You’ll Do
- Lead multiple district implementations from kickoff through activation
- Manage data migration, system configuration, and admin training with precision
- Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Support for ongoing success
- Maintain CRM records, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Troubleshoot issues during onboarding and escalate as needed
- Support documentation, best-practice development, and team coaching
- Provide help-desk backup during peak periods
- Contribute to continuous improvement across implementation workflows
What You Need
- 2+ years implementing software in edtech or K-12 environments
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong project management, time management, and communication skills
- Experience using tools like HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk
- Familiarity with SFTP/API concepts for data transfers
- Customer-first mindset with comfort juggling multiple projects at once
- Independent worker who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
