Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
- 40 hours per week
- Monday–Saturday shifts between 6 AM – 8 PM PST
- Starting rate up to $18/hr + monthly bonus
What You’ll Do
- Call prospective members to introduce the Wellth program and guide them through enrollment
- Help members download and navigate the mobile app on iOS or Android devices
- Offer patience, empathy, and clarity to individuals unfamiliar with technology
- Conduct follow-up outreach to gather feedback and elevate member needs
- Represent Wellth with professionalism, warmth, and service-driven care
What You Need
- Strong communication + rapport-building skills, especially over the phone
- Comfort handling high-volume outbound calls with accuracy and calm
- Ability to simplify instructions and patiently guide users through tech steps
- Positive attitude, empathy, and professionalism
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
