What You’ll Do
- Manage high-volume inbound calls from policyholders and clients
- Answer coverage questions and assist with billing, endorsements, and claims
- Process policy documents, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve system or premium issues
- Navigate multiple platforms while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Coordinate with internal teams to support seamless service
What You Need
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (General or Personal Lines)
- Spanish/English bilingual fluency (required)
- 2+ years customer service or call center experience in insurance
- Proven success handling high call volume and complex inquiries
- Strong multitasking and documentation skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office and quick system learning ability
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
