What You’ll Do

  • Manage high-volume inbound calls from policyholders and clients
  • Answer coverage questions and assist with billing, endorsements, and claims
  • Process policy documents, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations
  • Investigate discrepancies and resolve system or premium issues
  • Navigate multiple platforms while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support seamless service

What You Need

  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (General or Personal Lines)
  • Spanish/English bilingual fluency (required)
  • 2+ years customer service or call center experience in insurance
  • Proven success handling high call volume and complex inquiries
  • Strong multitasking and documentation skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and quick system learning ability
  • Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
