Schedule
- Remote (U.S. only)
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Evenings & weekends possible; must be able to work as late as 9PM EST
- Paid, fully virtual training
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
- Answer questions, solve concerns, and follow up on customer needs
- Document interactions accurately and maintain service quality
- Participate in projects and adjust to shifting priorities
- Deliver a positive experience — customers should feel your patience and care
No cold-calling or sales. Strictly customer support.
What You Need
- Bilingual: Spanish & English (required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience (call center, banking, or insurance preferred)
- Strong communication, listening, and multitasking skills
- Reliable internet (25 Mbps down / 6 Mbps up)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
Preferred:
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Prior remote work experience
