What You’ll Do

  • Handle bilingual customer inquiries in French-Canadian and English
  • Communicate clearly across phone, chat, and email
  • Provide accurate product/service information
  • Resolve issues quickly and follow up to confirm satisfaction
  • Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
  • Meet service performance targets and follow internal processes
  • Continue training to stay sharp on tools, products, and workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally when needed

What You Need

  • Previous customer service experience or related role
  • French-Canadian + English fluency (required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple software systems

Nice-to-haves:

  • Call center experience
