What You’ll Do
- Handle bilingual customer inquiries in French-Canadian and English
- Communicate clearly across phone, chat, and email
- Provide accurate product/service information
- Resolve issues quickly and follow up to confirm satisfaction
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet service performance targets and follow internal processes
- Continue training to stay sharp on tools, products, and workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally when needed
What You Need
- Previous customer service experience or related role
- French-Canadian + English fluency (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with multiple software systems
