- Phone, chat, and email support across patient and provider needs
What You’ll Do
- Provide bilingual support via phone, email, and instant messaging
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve routine support questions
- Escalate technical or product-specific issues when needed
- Document interactions accurately and update customer records
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and follow up on escalations
- Meet quality and productivity standards while mentoring peers as needed
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred)
- Bilingual (English + Spanish strongly preferred)
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with solid documentation and system-navigation skills
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
