What You’ll Do
- Lead payroll and timekeeping operations for ~15,000 U.S. employees
- Oversee integrations, compliance, and tax reporting across Workday/ADP and other HRIS systems
- Approve payrolls and ensure accurate multi-state processing
- Guide vendor relationships, build reporting, and support acquisitions and onboarding
- Train and mentor team members while improving processes and automation
- Ensure accuracy in accounting tables, earnings/deductions codes, and regulatory reporting
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- 7+ years payroll experience, including multi-state processing
- Advanced HRIS knowledge (Workday, ADP, UKG, Dayforce, etc.)
- Strong Excel and analytical skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
- Proven leadership and the ability to safeguard sensitive data
- High accountability, accuracy, and independent work capability
