Schedule
- Full-time, 100% Remote (U.S. only)
- Up to 10% travel required
- Salary Range: $120,000–$150,000 per year (based on experience)
What You’ll Do
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the Provider Scheduling vertical.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to guide strategy.
- Evaluate new initiatives for business impact, ROI, and alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with UX designers and engineering teams to refine and estimate upcoming features.
- Lead quarterly planning, prioritization, and roadmap updates with senior leadership.
- Track KPIs to measure success, adoption, and delivery progress.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to support product positioning and customer engagement.
- Serve as the internal and external product expert—leading presentations, RFP responses, and optimization discussions.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (MBA or related graduate degree preferred).
- 3+ years in end-to-end product management (5+ for Senior PM), ideally in SaaS or mobile environments.
- Strong background in Agile/SAFe product development.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and prioritization abilities.
- Experience leading through influence and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Pendo (preferred).
Bonus Points
- Experience in healthcare technology or clinical workflow optimization.
- Working knowledge of APIs, data integrations, or front-end web technologies (Angular, React, HTML).
- Scrum Alliance or product management certification.
