Schedule
- 100% Remote, full-time
- $18 per hour + monthly bonus
- Paid weekly
- Must speak Spanish fluently
- Shifts available:
- 8:00am–4:30pm EST
- 10:00am–6:30pm EST
- 12:30pm–9:00pm EST
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for newly enrolled clients, guiding them through the debt relief process.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls while managing follow-up tasks daily.
- Address client concerns with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Navigate internal systems to locate client information and record updates.
- Meet performance goals and maintain a high standard of service.
What You Need
- 1–2 years of experience in client retention or call center roles.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate computer, typing, and math abilities.
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) and reliable Wi-Fi access.
- Passion for helping clients and delivering exceptional service.
