What You’ll Do
- Assist customers via phone, email, chat, or social media with questions, concerns, or payments.
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer issues while maintaining professionalism.
- Accurately document call details and report feedback.
- Collaborate with your team to meet goals and improve service quality.
- Recommend products or services when appropriate.
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required).
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to type 25+ words per minute and navigate Windows-based systems.
- Reliable internet: minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload, no satellite or mobile connections.
