Schedule
- 100% Remote, full-time
- $17 per hour + monthly bonus
- Paid weekly
- Available shifts:
- 8:00am–4:30pm EST
- 10:00am–6:30pm EST
- 12:30pm–9:00pm EST
What You’ll Do
- Manage incoming and follow-up calls with recently enrolled clients.
- Build trust by listening and helping clients navigate the debt settlement process.
- Explain services clearly and handle objections with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain detailed client records and meet performance and retention goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
What You Need
- 1–2 years of experience in client retention or call center environments.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently.
- Intermediate computer, typing, and math skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps).
- A genuine passion for helping people achieve financial peace.
