What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and texts with professionalism and empathy
- Provide hands-on support to buyers and sellers across our marketplace platforms
- Research and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain product knowledge across all Trader Interactive services and tools
What You Need
- Experience managing high-volume inbound/outbound calls
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and calm under pressure
- Consistent, professional, and empathetic approach to customer interactions
- Self-motivated with a commitment to customer satisfaction
