What You’ll Do
- Connect with customers via phone, email, or chat to answer healthcare-related inquiries
- Assist with account issues, service requests, and payment processing
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer concerns
- Document all call details accurately for quality and reporting purposes
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to enhance the customer experience
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to type 25+ words per minute and navigate multiple systems
- Reliable high-speed internet (15 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload minimum; no VPNs, hotspots, or satellite)
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
