- Requires successful completion of a behavioral and skills assessment
What You’ll Do
- Provide customer and technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose issues, guide customers through solutions, and ensure successful resolutions
- Accurately document all interactions and maintain detailed records
- Build meaningful connections with clients while representing the Harte Hanks brand
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your technical and service skills
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Personal computer with Windows 11 OS (no Mac, Chrome OS, or tablets)
- Reliable webcam and USB headset
- Ability to pass all required assessments and system checks
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
