Schedule
- Full-time, 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
- Standard weekday hours with occasional overtime opportunities
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and candidates during drug and occupational health screenings
- Research and coordinate with clinics to schedule services and resolve issues
- Use Salesforce and other systems to document, track, and communicate updates
- Register candidates for screenings and ensure service completion
- Manage data entry for lab results, physical exams, and related information
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
- 1+ year of client service or support experience
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, database lookups, internet research)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
