What You’ll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls related to life and annuity claims with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information to claimants, financial advisors, and funeral home partners.
- Research inquiries efficiently and document resolutions in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Follow established procedures to ensure timely and thorough support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and maintain service quality.
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience (insurance industry preferred).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy in sensitive conversations.
- Familiarity with life insurance or annuity processes is a plus.
