What You’ll Do

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls related to life and annuity claims with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information to claimants, financial advisors, and funeral home partners.
  • Research inquiries efficiently and document resolutions in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure timely and thorough support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and maintain service quality.

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience (insurance industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy in sensitive conversations.
  • Familiarity with life insurance or annuity processes is a plus.
