What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for patients, guiding them through their skincare journey in both English and Spanish.
  • Answer patient questions about treatments, appointments, and care plans with empathy and clarity.
  • Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and insurance representatives.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the healthcare management system.
  • Translate between patients and providers during consultations when needed.
  • Monitor patient progress and proactively address concerns to ensure a seamless care experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the care team to develop and support personalized treatment plans.

What You Need

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) required.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, care coordination, or patient support preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with healthcare software or CRM systems.
  • Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while working independently in a remote setting.
