What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients, guiding them through their skincare journey in both English and Spanish.
- Answer patient questions about treatments, appointments, and care plans with empathy and clarity.
- Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and insurance representatives.
- Document all interactions accurately in the healthcare management system.
- Translate between patients and providers during consultations when needed.
- Monitor patient progress and proactively address concerns to ensure a seamless care experience.
- Collaborate closely with the care team to develop and support personalized treatment plans.
What You Need
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) required.
- Prior experience in healthcare, care coordination, or patient support preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with healthcare software or CRM systems.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while working independently in a remote setting.
