What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, serving as their day-to-day point of contact.
- Drive adoption, engagement, and satisfaction across PerfectServe’s communication and scheduling platforms.
- Identify workflow challenges and recommend process improvements that enhance patient care.
- Resolve escalated issues and ensure smooth system operation.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Technical Leads, and internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Analyze data and user feedback to proactively prevent issues and increase retention.
- Lead training sessions, adoption efforts, and retention programs when needed.
What You Need
- 4–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services.
- 2+ years supporting SaaS or healthcare software solutions.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows (preferred).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts in high-pressure situations.
- U.S. residency and authorization to work without sponsorship.
