Full-time | Remote | Must be available 8 AM–8 PM ET, Monday–Friday (40–42 hours per week)
What You’ll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, resolving inquiries on billing, claims, and account access.
- Follow up on voicemails, emails, and pending claim requests.
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering empathy and professionalism with every interaction.
- Collaborate across teams to enhance workflows and customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of all communications in CRM systems.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
What You Need
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in high-volume settings.
- Clear, patient communicator—both verbal and written.
- Proven success working remotely with reliable high-speed internet (100 Mbps down / 30 Mbps up).
- Comfortable with G-Suite, phone systems, and multiple browser platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
