Full-time | Remote | Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Respond to patient calls, emails, and live chats with empathy and professionalism.
- Schedule appointments and route messages between patients, labs, and pharmacies.
- Provide accurate information about treatments, products, and services.
- Record all interactions and updates in the CRM system with precision.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
What You Need
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environments (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Calm, patient demeanor under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask in digital systems.
