What You’ll Do
- Process patient referrals and intake orders for enteral nutrition services.
- Communicate with referral sources, insurance teams, and patients to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Handle patient calls, document requests, and coordinate care plans.
- Verify insurance coverage, relay benefit information, and ensure all required forms are complete.
- Resolve patient concerns quickly and compassionately while maintaining compliance with company procedures.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- 2+ years of healthcare-related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Preferred: Knowledge of insurance terminology, call center experience, and ability to type 40–50 WPM.
