Full-time | Fully Remote | $23–$24 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients/brokers and Allied departments.
- Communicate effectively to resolve claims and benefit issues.
- Coordinate with Account Management, Client Services, and Customer Service to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Track and document all client and provider communications, actions, and outcomes.
- Proactively reach out to clients for feedback and service improvement opportunities.
- Identify and escalate process inefficiencies to drive continuous improvement.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 1+ year of medical claims experience.
- Prior customer service experience (insurance or healthcare preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
