What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls from clients enrolled in Beyond’s financial hardship programs.
- Educate clients on program benefits, processes, and available options.
- Listen empathetically, deescalate upset clients, and identify ways to support their financial goals.
- Assess client situations and develop customized solutions to encourage program continuation.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and meet retention and performance targets.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
What You Need
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
- 1+ year of experience in retention, sales, or collections.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage high call volumes with calm professionalism.
- Tech-savvy with CRM experience and a dedicated home workspace with reliable internet.
