What You’ll Do
- Support Care Coordinators by executing research and administrative tasks behind the scenes.
- Research and synthesize information related to housing, medical, mental health, in-home support, or financial resources.
- Leverage Wellthy’s tools and networks to meet member needs efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate progress, identify barriers, and collaborate to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Contribute to internal resources, guides, and workflow improvements.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to specialize in key focus areas.
What You Need
- Associate degree or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, caregiving, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Remote work experience with strong technical proficiency (macOS, Zoom, GSuite, Slack, 1Password).
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable internet and private workspace.
Preferred
- Experience in specialized care areas such as senior housing, medical coordination, mental health, in-home support, insurance/finance, or veterans’ services.
- Bilingual fluency and familiarity with AI tools or automation.
