What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from patients and provide insurance and payment guidance.
- Investigate benefits coverage, verify patient information, and document all details in Salesforce.
- Make outbound calls to discuss payment options and assist with patient enrollment.
- Maintain confidentiality, meet productivity metrics, and deliver exceptional customer care.
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a healthcare environment.
- Proven success working in a high-volume contact center.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- Resourceful, patient-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with health insurance, benefits investigations, reimbursement, and Salesforce.
