What You’ll Do
- Provide Tier 1 support via phone and email to customers and floral partners
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, effective solutions
- Escalate complex cases to the engineering team when needed
- Advocate for users, ensuring an excellent experience in every interaction
- Spot trends and share feedback to improve processes
- Become a product expert and help customers maximize BloomNation’s platform
What You’ll Bring
- Strong people skills with a friendly, optimistic, and empathetic approach
- Customer service experience (retail, service industry, or call center preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savviness with the ability to learn new platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure
- Passion for supporting small businesses
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Compensation
- $16–$20 per hour
