Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (U.S. based)
- Standard business hours with occasional global scheduling support
- Collaborative, cross-functional role
What You’ll Do
- Manage scheduling and logistics for live training webinars and customer events
- Support CSMs with product demos, platform customization, and Tier 1 support requests
- Coordinate and participate in virtual events (tech checks, chat management, polls, introductions)
- Capture customer feedback and track product adoption data
- Create in-app challenges, banners, and curated resources in collaboration with internal teams
- Analyze webinar and app usage statistics to highlight engagement trends
- Identify opportunities to streamline training coordination and customer workflows
What You Need
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Experience with Salesforce, G-Suite, Qualtrics, ChurnZero, and Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of customer management platforms like Confluence or Looker a plus
- Ability to manage multiple events and schedules across time zones
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Comfort interacting with executives and cross-functional teams
- Passion for customer success, resilience, and continuous improvement
