Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position (U.S. based)
  • Standard business hours with occasional global scheduling support
  • Collaborative, cross-functional role

What You’ll Do

  • Manage scheduling and logistics for live training webinars and customer events
  • Support CSMs with product demos, platform customization, and Tier 1 support requests
  • Coordinate and participate in virtual events (tech checks, chat management, polls, introductions)
  • Capture customer feedback and track product adoption data
  • Create in-app challenges, banners, and curated resources in collaboration with internal teams
  • Analyze webinar and app usage statistics to highlight engagement trends
  • Identify opportunities to streamline training coordination and customer workflows

What You Need

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, G-Suite, Qualtrics, ChurnZero, and Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of customer management platforms like Confluence or Looker a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple events and schedules across time zones
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Comfort interacting with executives and cross-functional teams
  • Passion for customer success, resilience, and continuous improvement
