Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Monday–Friday, 11:30am–8:00pm EST
- Weekend rotation required
- Residency required in one of the following states: AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, WV, TX
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with urgency, care, and professionalism
- Retain customers through empathetic communication, problem-solving, and renegotiation of terms
- Address issues via phone and email to prevent service cancellations
- Reprice, monitor, and coordinate adjustments for customer accounts
- Achieve daily and monthly sales retention targets while delivering excellent service
- Provide timely, effective solutions and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
What You Need
- Proven call center experience with a strong sales background
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to build rapport and resolve customer concerns sincerely and ethically
- Competitive spirit with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
