Schedule

  • Full-time, non-exempt hourly role
  • 100% remote, U.S.-based
  • Must be available for inbound and outbound call coverage during business hours

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to educate members on free enrollment options using motivational interviewing and rapport-building techniques
  • Handle inbound calls to answer questions, conduct assessments, and guide app navigation or service inquiries
  • Document all member interactions accurately and securely in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Resolve concerns with professionalism, escalating when needed, while ensuring timely follow-up
  • Support team projects such as training updates, peer sessions, or quality monitoring
  • Meet and exceed service KPIs for responsiveness, accuracy, and member satisfaction

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 2–3 years of customer service or call center experience, ideally in healthcare
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM and ticketing systems
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, member-focused environment
