Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Hours: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday
What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Walk customers through basic troubleshooting and setup steps
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times
- Document customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in company systems
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or internal teams as needed
- Provide feedback to improve the efficiency of customer service processes
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency (English + Spanish preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service or call center experience a plus
- Ability to de-escalate challenging situations professionally
- Detail-oriented, action-driven, and collaborative mindset
