Schedule
- Full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week)

What You’ll Do
- Process patient intake orders from referral sources and respond to inquiries
- Assess patient needs and coordinate care requests
- Provide information on equipment, supplies, and services to internal teams
- Partner with the Insurance Verification team to gather and relay benefit coverage details
- Communicate billing forms and coverage information to patients and referral sources
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of healthcare experience
- 1+ year working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Preferred: knowledge of insurance terminology, medical benefits, call center experience, typing 40–50 WPM, and multi-screen navigation skills
