Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST
- Occasional overtime or weekend work as business needs arise
- 10–12 weeks of paid, virtual training (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM CST, Mon–Fri)
What You’ll Do
- Review, research, and process medical, dental, prescription, or behavioral health claims
- Identify discrepancies, verify pricing, confirm prior authorizations, and process claims for payment
- Analyze claims trends and prepare reports as needed
- Ensure accuracy and consistency to meet quality, productivity, and schedule standards
- Navigate multiple systems to locate and review claim information
What You Need
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Proficiency with Windows PC applications and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Availability to work full-time during assigned hours with occasional overtime or weekends
Preferred
- 1+ years of experience processing medical, dental, prescription, or mental health claims
- 1+ years in an office, administrative, clerical, or customer service environment
