- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (within your time zone)
- Remote within the U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main contact for client accounts, resolving issues from start to finish
- Build and maintain relationships with Plan Administrators, Brokers, and stakeholders
- Educate clients on systems, tools, and Ameriflex products
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and related regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute strategies and improve client experience
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of account management or client service experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel and web-based platforms
- Ability to travel occasionally (about once per year)

- Salary range: $53,000–$55,000 annually plus quarterly bonus potential (4%–6% of base)
