Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Remote (must reside in Central Time Zone)
- Paid training: 4–18 weeks depending on customer group
What You’ll Do
- Provide customer support for members, providers, and employers with benefits and claims
- Actively listen, research issues, and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Educate customers about benefits, resources, and claim status
- Collaborate across departments to resolve service issues
- Document all interactions while maintaining confidentiality
What You Need
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Must have high-speed internet and live in CST time zone
Preferred
- 1+ year in a contact center environment (calls, chat, or email)
- Microsoft Office experience
