Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CT (mandatory)
- Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–7:00pm CT (flexibility required)
- Remote role: dedicated, distraction-free workspace required
- Internet requirements: DSL, Cable, or Fiber; min 15Mbps download / 5Mbps upload, ping <30ms, hardwired connection
What You’ll Do
- Audit calls and cases to evaluate employee performance against quality standards
- Score transactions, provide constructive feedback, and recognize excellence
- Track and analyze customer experience trends; deliver weekly/monthly reports
- Support leadership through calibration sessions and quality-related projects
- Conduct investigations and root cause analyses, recommending corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, HIPAA, and program-specific requirements
- Identify training needs and escalate potential disciplinary issues as necessary
- Collaborate across teams to strengthen processes and drive continuous improvement
- Document findings clearly and communicate effectively with leadership and staff
What You Need
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (degree in related field preferred)
- 3+ years of call quality audit experience strongly preferred
- 3+ years of experience in patient support or hub programs preferred
- Experience with Adverse Event reporting and reconciliation strongly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong communication, data analysis, and trend reporting skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
