What You’ll Do
- Review denial reports and refile claims based on eligibility responses
- Identify appropriate FSC and insurance companies for patient accounts
- Correct errors and analyze rejections to ensure accurate claim submissions
- Accurately document patient accounts for transparency and future reference
- Escalate issues such as system malfunctions, missing codes, or errors to leadership
- Support additional administrative duties as directed by management
What You Need
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- At least 6 months of experience in registration or eligibility
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document accounts clearly
- Problem-solving skills to analyze denials and rejections
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
