Schedule
- Full-time, remote (United States)
- 2nd Shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM EST
- Weekly pay at $17.31/hr
What You’ll Do
- Handle Tier 2 calls and escalated tickets, including staffing, restaffing, and schedule updates
- Manage ticket flow to prevent backlogs and ensure timely resolution
- Serve as a point of escalation and subject matter expert for internal teams and BPO partners
- Support scheduling confirmations and urgent escalations based on client conditions
- Provide empathetic, professional service to employees, clients, and agencies
- Assist with inquiries across HR, IT, policy clarification, benefits, and more
- Maintain accurate documentation in company systems for quality and compliance
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and state regulations while handling sensitive data
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service and contact center experience (scheduling experience preferred)
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
- Demonstrated professionalism and confidentiality handling sensitive information
