Schedule

  • Full-time, fully remote
  • Training: 6 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST
  • Production: Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
  • Weekly pay

What You’ll Do

  • Provide courteous, empathetic customer service via inbound and outbound calls
  • Assist members with pharmacy, product, and membership inquiries
  • Navigate call center systems and maintain accurate documentation
  • Successfully complete customer service training and meet call metrics
  • Adjust schedule as needed, including overtime or weekends during peak periods

What You Need

  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of Medicare Advantage claims and customer service experience, with DSNP knowledge
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Healthcare or call center background
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a team-driven environment
