- Reports to the Director of Demand Generation
- Collaborative work across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
What You’ll Do
- Develop targeted campaigns across onboarding, engagement, renewal, and advocacy stages
- Drive customer engagement and product adoption using data insights
- Partner with Product and Sales on cross-sell and upsell initiatives
- Create customer-focused content such as guides, webinars, and success stories
- Collaborate with GTM and Product Marketing for consistent messaging
- Measure campaign performance, report KPIs, and optimize for growth
- Champion the voice of the customer to influence strategy and storytelling
What You Need
- 3–5 years in lifecycle or customer marketing in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience driving adoption, retention, and expansion
- Strong analytical skills with customer data and insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping, churn analysis, and health scoring
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
