Schedule
- Fully remote within the United States
- Company-provided technology equipment
- Must have reliable home internet (minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
- Standard full-time schedule with training provided remotely
What You’ll Do
- Reconcile claims and payments, including manual reconciliation of paper EOBs or spreadsheets
- Research and resolve claim issues by contacting health plans and reviewing TPA websites
- Review reports such as aged, rejected, or unreconciled claims
- Identify denial trends and recommend corrective actions
- Document activity in internal systems and maintain confidentiality
- Support departmental goals, attend trainings, and collaborate with the claims team
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2–3 years of claims processing or reconciliation experience preferred
- Familiarity with managed care, HMO, and PPO provisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, remote environment
