Schedule
- Fully remote position within the United States

- Standard call center scheduling; flexibility required
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate intake, scheduling, and support for Virtual Physical Therapy and Fall Prevention programs
- Verify member eligibility, handle payments, and provide technical support
- Manage confidential records and ensure timely follow-up with members
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes for physical therapists
- Uphold compliance standards and maintain a positive member experience
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
- 3 years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt in a fast-paced environment
