Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
- Availability required for either:
- Mon–Fri, 10am–7pm MT (11–8 CT, 12–9 ET, 9–6 PT), OR
- Tues–Sat, 9am–6pm MT (10–7 CT, 11–8 ET, 8–5 PT)
- Two-week training: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm MT (9–6 CT, 10–7 ET, 7–4 PT)
- Not available in AK, ME, DC, NJ, CA, NY, MA, CT, CO, WA, OR, or MN
What You’ll Do
- Place outbound calls, emails, and texts to help admitted clients enroll in treatment plans
- Explain insurance benefits and financial enrollment to families
- Act as liaison between clients and internal teams (Admissions, Billing, Clinical, Outreach)
- Monitor attendance and proactively address barriers to participation
- Manage client scheduling, including booking and rescheduling appointments
- Provide families with aftercare resources and help schedule post-treatment care
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records
- Meet KPIs such as appointments scheduled, call volume, resolution rates, and satisfaction scores
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in patient/customer success, scheduling, or support roles
- 1–2 years of Salesforce experience (or similar CRM)
- Experience with contact center technology and client financial discussions (health insurance knowledge a strong plus)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence
- Knowledge of HIPAA policies and compliance standards
- Proficiency with Slack, G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and EMRs
- Work authorization in the U.S. and native/bilingual English proficiency
