Schedule
- Remote, full-time role (must reside in AR, AZ, FL, GA, MO, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, or VA)
- Training: First 3 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM ET (paid)
- Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM ET
- 100% attendance required during first 60 days
- Private, quiet home workspace and high-speed internet (80 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload) required
What You’ll Do
- Speak with customers about their Mission Lane credit cards, resolving issues and providing clear support
- Communicate with empathy and respect, simplifying complex topics into understandable language
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while delivering excellent service
- Accurately complete after-call documentation and follow-ups
- Build trust, show patience in difficult conversations, and deliver solutions with professionalism
What You Need
- 1+ year of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, or similar)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Calm under pressure and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable with technology and multitasking across multiple systems
- Strong judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Fast, accurate typing skills
