Schedule
- Remote, full-time salaried position
- Some travel required to attend national conferences

What You’ll Do
- Research, pitch, and secure bookings for notable speakers including authors, executives, activists, and academics
- Manage outreach communications and maintain accurate records in contact systems
- Track progress toward booking goals and provide updates to the team
- Support speaker preparation processes ahead of events
- Bring passion, resourcefulness, and energy to every interaction
What You Need
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a related role
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Business writing experience
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated “driver” mindset with the ability to take ownership and deliver results
