Schedule

  • Temporary, work-from-home role
  • Assessments required after applying (complete the “Digital Interview” from a computer or laptop)
  • Shift adherence required
  • Background check, drug screen, pre-employment testing, and internet speed test required

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy for disaster-impacted callers
  • Verify and update customer information; document each interaction accurately in web-based systems
  • Follow client protocols and identify helpful next steps; conduct follow-ups as needed
  • Use performance data to improve quality and efficiency; support outbound surveys when requested
  • Meet schedule and quality expectations consistently

What You Need

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal/written communication; multitask across multiple browser tabs/windows
  • Able to sit for extended periods and work in a structured environment
  • Pass background check, drug screen, pre-hire testing, and internet speed test
  • Able to obtain and maintain the required clearance level

Home Office Requirements

  • Hardwired high-speed internet (fiber/DSL/cable); program-specific minimum speeds apply
  • Not allowed: hotspots, satellite, or wireless-only connections
  • Enclosed, distraction-free workspace
