About the Company
This team delivers premium customer support for healthcare clients, focusing on empathy, clear communication, and fast resolution. You’ll work remotely with company-provided equipment and a culture that values development, accuracy, and service.
Schedule
- Work from home (equipment provided)
- Call center hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–9:00 PM ET; Sat 9:00 AM–7:30 PM ET
- 12 weeks of paid, mandatory training; 100% attendance required
- Digital Interview/assessments must be completed via computer or laptop after applying
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound/outbound calls; resolve questions on billing, quotes, medical and pharmacy benefits, claims status, and materials requests
- Document every interaction accurately; verify and update member information
- Follow protocols, meet quality metrics, and identify opportunities to offer helpful next steps
- Use web-based systems, research tools, and data to improve performance
- Adhere to shift and schedule expectations and follow up with members as needed
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal/written communication; comfortable navigating multiple tabs/windows
- Ability to multitask and remain composed during long seated periods
- Must pass background check, drug screen, pre-employment assessments, and internet speed test
Home Office Requirements
- Enclosed, distraction-free workspace
- Hardwired high-speed internet (fiber/DSL/cable) meeting 20 Mbps down / 12 Mbps up minimum
- Hotspots, satellite, and wireless-only connections are not allowed
